St. Louis Symphony Orchestra extends free ticket voucher program to St. Louis Public Library

Partnership offers free tickets to select SLSO concerts through April at St. Louis Public Library branches

(February 7, 2024, St. Louis, MO) – Today, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra (SLSO) announced a new partnership with St. Louis Public Library (SLPL) to provide access to symphonic concerts, and to foster a deeper appreciation for orchestral music.

Available now, all SLPL locations will provide free SLSO concert vouchers to library customers to select concerts through the conclusion of the 2023/2024 season. Vouchers will be available at any of the 16 SLPL locations, while supplies last. Each voucher provides up to two tickets to a classical concert for first-time SLSO attendees. There is a limit of one voucher per patron.

This innovative initiative, highlighting the SLSO’s and SLPL’s commitment to access to the arts, originally began in January 2024 with St. Louis County Library.

During the expansion and renovation of historic Powell Hall, the SLSO is performing throughout the St. Louis region, with most concerts at the Touhill Performing Arts Center at the University of Missouri–St. Louis, and Stifel Theatre. More information is available at slso.org.

A list of SLPL branches and hours can be found here.
