About the SLSO
Tracing its roots back to 1880, the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra has anchored the region’s arts and cultural landscape for more than 145 years through concerts, education initiatives, and community engagement. St. Louis Symphony Orchestra

St. Louis Symphony Chorus
Founded in the 1976/77 season, the St. Louis Symphony Chorus is an equal partner with the St. Louis Symphony Orchestra in performing choral-orchestral music across time at the highest artistic level.
St. Louis Symphony IN UNISON Chorus
The St. Louis Symphony IN UNISON Chorus performs a variety of musical styles alongside the SLSO, with a focus on the interpretation, performance, and preservation of music from the African diaspora.
St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra
Founded in 1970 by SLSO Conductor Laureate Leonard Slatkin, the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra has more than 2,000 alumni across the country, including many who have pursued music as a career path.
