Concert Updates
January 9, 2025: Due to wintry road conditions and the forecasted snow in the St. Louis area, the SLSO has postponed its 10:30am Friday, January 10, concert at the Touhill Performing Arts Center at the University of Missouri–St. Louis. The concert—a performance of music by Samuel Barber, Nina Shekhar, and Antonín Dvořák’s Symphony No. 9, “From the New World”—has been rescheduled to 10:30am Saturday, January 11, at the same venue.
Tickets for Friday’s concert will be honored for the Saturday morning concert, as will tickets purchased for the Symphony Shuttle (now departing from Plaza Frontenac at 9:15am Saturday). Patrons unable to attend the rescheduled date may contact the Box Office to exchange tickets to a later concert.
The 7:30pm, Saturday, January 11, performance of the same program is scheduled to take place as normal.
