We’ve impacted the lives of thousands of young musicians through a variety of programs that support them in taking their musicianship to the next level. Learn more about how the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra, Peer to Peer, and other programs are training the next generation of musicians.

St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra

Musicians ages 12-22 have the unique opportunity to perform challenging orchestral repertoire with highly accomplished peers while learning directly from musicians and conductors of the SLSO.

Middle and high school Black and Latin music students from Gateway Music Outreach (GMO) are paired with musicians from the SLSO and the YO for development opportunities.
