Alex Sullivan

Alex Sullivan is a junior at Triad High School. He began playing Tuba in sixth grade and is excited for his first year in the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra as an alternate Tuba.  

Alex participates in his high school band along with the St. Louis Academy Brass Band and Troy Community Band. He had the opportunity to play in the ILMEA All-State Band along with joining his High School Band in the Illinois SuperState Band Festival. 

In addition to band, Alex hangs out with friends, plays video games, and participates in school clubs such as French Club and Math Team.  

Alex would like to thank his band teachers: Kevin Devany, Dennis Carter, and Matthew Dennison. He would also like to thank his instructor Matthew Kuebler and his family for their continued support.
