Enkela Ndoni

Webster Groves High School

Enkela Ndoni is 16 years old and going into her junior year of high school at Webster Groves High School. She is excited for her first year in the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra as a full-time musician. She has studied viola for 8 years and currently studies with Joanna Mendoza. At Webster Groves high school she is principal of the viola section and has earned multiple gold awards at the state solo and ensemble competition.

In addition to playing in the Statesmen string ensemble at her high school, Enkela has participated in the Preparatory program and the Young People’s Symphonic Orchestra at the Community Music school of Webster University. She also participated in the Arianna Chamber Music festival this summer where she grew through the guidance of the Arianna String Quartet. In her free time, Enkela enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors.

Enkela would like to thank all the amazing musicians who have shaped her into the young musician she is today, including Orchestra Director Andrew Pulliam, and all members of the Arianna String quartet. Additionally, she would like to thank her friends and family for their ongoing support.
