Youth Orchestra
Madison Morse
Madison Morse is delighted to join the Saint Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra for a second season! She began playing the flute in sixth grade and is a 2020 graduate of Windsor High School. During this time, she was a member of her school’s marching band, wind ensemble, jazz band, and chamber choir. Additionally, she performed in All-District and All-State ensembles, as well as local honor bands.
Madison graduated previously from Jefferson College and now studies at Webster University. At Webster University, she has participated in the wind ensemble, orchestra, and Chamber Singers. She currently studies under her flute instructor, Dr. Jennifer Gartley.
Outside of music, Madison enjoys spending time with her German Shepherds, painting, and being in nature. She would like to acknowledge her high school music instructors Mr. Jacob Bubb, Mr. Ryan Staines, and Mr. Michael Sellman, as well as her professors at Jefferson College and Webster University, for their continuous support. She would also like to thank her parents and brother for their unwavering encouragement and love.
