Noah Mabb

Noah Mabb is a music performance student studying tuba with Matthew Kuebler at SIUE. Noah plays as the principal tubist in the SIUE orchestra under the direction of Dr. Michael Mishra. Noah is also one of two tubas in the SIUE wind symphony under the direction of Dr. Rubén Darío Gómez. Noah lives in Roxana Illinois and is part of the Edwardsville Municipal Band. 

Noah Mabb started playing tuba in the 6th grade after switching from trumpet, which he started in the 5th grade. His middle school and high school band director was Nancy Sabaj who highly encouraged him to continue with music when going to college. During his senior year of high school Noah started to take private lessons with Matthew Kuebler. This ultimately led Noah to SIUE so he could continue his studies with Matthew Kuebler. Noah is extremely grateful for all of the encouragement and lessons that his teachers have given him through the years.
