Timothy McLaughlin-Heil

Tim started playing double bass at age 11 and has played in Southern Illinois University Edwardsville Suzuki String Orchestra, Belleville Philharmonic Youth Orchestra, Centralia Philharmonic, ILMEA All-district Orchestra, St. Charles Community College Symphony, and the Edwardsville Symphony. He currently plays in the SIUE Symphony as a student majoring in engineering and minoring in music. Tim would like to thank his cello teachers Glenda Piek and Stephanie Hunt and his bass teachers Greg Allen, Lindsey Wolfford, and current teacher, Andrew Tinge.
