Field Trips

Enrich your students’ music education with a field trip. From full orchestra concerts to chamber performances, we offer engaging musical experiences for students at all grade levels. 

Education Concerts

Introduce your Pre-K – 12 students to the SLSO with short concerts created just for them. Concerts align with both Missouri and Illinois learning standards and are designed to spark student imagination and inspire a lifelong love of music. Free companion Teacher Guides are available for each concert. 

Education Concerts are inclusive of students with sensory differences. Accommodations will be provided so that all students may enjoy the experience of live orchestral music. During your visit, the SLSO may photograph or film portions of the event for promotional and archival purposes. We are committed to respecting the privacy and safety of all students. If any students in your group are not permitted to be photographed, it is the responsibility of the attending teacher or group leader to inform SLSO staff upon arrival and help ensure those students are not included in photos or video.
