About this Concert

Most enjoyed by ages 3–6

Bring your littlest music lovers to a concert designed just for them. In this interactive 30-minute concert featuring a musical telling of the classic story, The Lion and the Mouse, two unlikely friends—the mighty lion and the little mouse—take us on an adventure that proves even the smallest acts of kindness can make a big difference. Familiar tunes from Edvard Grieg’s Peer Gynt bring the story to life as children dance and make music along with SLSO musicians. Based on the book The Lion and the Mouse by Jenny Broom, illustrated by Nahta Nój.

Pre-concert activities: Arrive early for special concert-related activities included in the experience.
