Elizabeth Carroll

Elizabeth Carroll is a sophomore at Visitation Academy.  This is her second season playing piano with the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra. 

Carroll has played piano for ten years and currently studies with Nina Ferrigno. As an avid chamber musician, Carroll received the Rising Star Award in the Community Music School (CMS) of Webster University’s Preparatory Program in 2025 and currently performs in a piano trio in the St. Louis Chamber Music Society’s Chamber Academy. During past years, Carroll has competed and placed in the Missouri Music Teachers Association competitions and has been awarded six Artistic Merit Scholarships from CMS, including scholarships sponsored by the Steinway Piano Gallery and the Monticello College Foundation.  In her free time, Carroll enjoys being outside, going on runs, and reading. 

Carroll would like to thank Nina Ferrigno, Laura Holzen, Davin Rubicz, Sarah McGuirk, Lana Richard, and her parents, for all the mentorship they have provided her with. She would also like to thank God, through whom everything is possible.
