Will Kliewer

Will Kliewer, a 15-year-old freshman attending Victory Christian Academy, has had a deep love for music for as long as he can remember. He started piano at a very early age and has been playing trombone for a little over four years. He began studying trombone under Tyler Vahldick, and he now studies with both Scott Cornish (Performing Arts Academy) and Jonathan Randazzo (St. Louis Symphony Orchestra principal trombonist). 

Kliewer performed with the Young People’s Symphonic Orchestra at Webster University’s Community Music School from 2024-2026, performing at Carnegie Hall with them in 2025. This is his first season in the St. Louis Youth Symphony Orchestra. 

Besides music, Kliewer enjoys reading and playing soccer. He would like to thank his parents, music teachers, and music directors for encouraging and instructing him in his musical journey.
