Kids Club FAQs

• Who is eligible to participate in Kids Club?

  All kids ages 5-14 at the time of registration are eligible to participate in Kids Club.

• How do I sign up for Kids Club?

  To become a Kids Club member, you must pick up a punch card at the Powell Hall box office (whether during box office hours or at a concert), guest services desk, or marketing table. Then scan the QR code on the card and fill out the form to activate your membership.

• How do I complete my punch card, and what do I get once I’m done?

  To complete your punch card, you must receive 3 punches by attending concerts. You can get your card punched at the box office. Once you get 3 punches, you will receive a free ticket voucher and an exclusive Kids Club prize.

• What concerts can I attend to get punches on my card?

  Any concert is eligible for a punch.

• Does my punch card expire?

  Your punch card does not expire, and you are able to use this card over multiple seasons.

• When I complete my first card, am I able to register for a second card?

  Yes, you are able to register another card if you complete your first one.

• What if I lose my card?

  You can pick up a new punch card at the box office. If you later find your original card, you can bring both cards to the box office and they’ll combine your punches on one card.

• I lost my Kids Club promo code. What do I do?

  Email info@slso.org to retrieve your Kids Club promo code.
