Yiding Max Tang
Yiding Max Tang is 15 years old and a sophomore at John Burroughs School. This is his first year playing in the St. Louis Symphony Youth Orchestra. He has played violin for 6 years and was a member of the YPSO and the YPCO.
He would like to thank his teacher Xiaoxiao Qiang and his past violin teachers Dr. Matthew Pickart and Dr. Monica Holy for pushing him to be a better musician.
Besides playing the violin, Max enjoys fishing, playing squash, and exploring mathematics.
